You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. SecurePrepaidCard cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to abide with this security obligation.
You are solely responsible for all materials or content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have access to accounts).
No "bots" or other automated methods are permitted on our site.
Our services requires that you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the onboarding process.
Our Service cannot be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We prohibit the use of the Service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
The accuracy of information posted by other users of the Service cannot guarantee and cannot be held responsible for by Secure Prepaid Card.

Secure Prepaid Card reserves the right to immediately deleted all or any Content from the Service upon cancellation. Once information is deleted on your account it cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. Secure Prepaid Card, reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Secure Prepaid Card service, for any reason at any time. Any cancellation or termination of our Service will result in the deletion or deactivation of your Account. We will rescind your access to your Account, and you forfeiture and relinquishment the rights to all or any of the Content in your Account. Secure Prepaid Card at it's discretion can refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Secure Prepaid Card at its discretion reserves the right at any time and from time to time to alter or discontinue, temporarily, modify or permanently change, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The offers and pricing that are available through our Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Secure Prepaid Card Site or the Service itself. Secure Prepaid Card cannot be held liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The Term begins when you complete the onboarding procedure for Secure Prepaid Card and continues for the duration of your use of our Service. Completing the login information (username and password) means that you agree upon all the Terms and conditions. If you sign up for Secure Prepaid Card as a representative of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authorization to accept these Terms on their behalf of the designated party.
By using our service, you agree to honor our proprietary rights of the website and the software used to provide Secure Prepaid Card (proprietary rights include copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and patents). We strictly prohibit the sending of Spam!
No written verbal, physical, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Secure Prepaid Card customer, employee, member, or officer is allowed on our Service and will result in immediate account termination.
You understand and acknowledge that Secure Prepaid Card utilizes third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the required software, networking, storage, hardware and related technology required to operate the Service.
The technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You acknowledge and understand the risk of such activities as defined above.
We strictly forbid the transmission of any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Secure Prepaid Card does not warrant that (i) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (ii) the results that may be acquired from the utilization of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iii) the quality and accuracy of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, (iv) the service will meet your specific requirements and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Secure Prepaid Card shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Secure Prepaid Card has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) the use or the inability to use the service; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
The failure of Secure Prepaid Card to execute, exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Secure Prepaid Card and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Secure Prepaid Card (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
